One of a kind. Great for a 1 guest, couple or family with small kids that can sleep on the new sleeper sofa bed with memory foam for comfort.

Private resort near the beach. Enjoy a 10 min walk or 5 min bike ride to Nokomis Beach or relax in the Heated Saltwater pool at 86 degrees year round.

All new and updated cottage. Beach chairs, gas grill and umbrellas. You have it all here!!

Vacation paradise. Fenced one acre private compound for guests privacy. Easy parking. Relaxing and comfortable living. Queen bed and brand new full sofa sleeper bed with memory foam for small children. 450 sq ft. Walk-in shower.

House Rules:

-10pm-8am Quite hours

This is a very laid back resort. If you want to party this place is not for you.

-NO SMOKING in pool area or inside units

-Dogs under 35 lbs are welcome. Owners must clean up after dogs, and dispose in garbage up front of property and always on leash.

-No Dogs in Pool Area

-Pet fee $100 non refundable per pet. Add on to reservation.

- No Cats

Wash & Dry $4.00 Honor system.

-Must wash dishes before check out or we can do for you for a $50 fee.
